Your Personal Data will be retained for the duration of our relationship with you and as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

KPI collects and processes your Personal Data to review and assess your candidacy and manage the recruitment process.The collection and processing of Personal Data are necessary for the preparation of the conclusion and/or performance of an employment contract with you, and/or for our legitimate interests in managing recruitment processes globally, based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b), c), and/or f) of the GDPR.

KPI may collect your Personal Data during job interviews and recruitment processes, either directly from you or indirectly from authorized third parties such as job boards.The categories of Personal Data collected include:

• Identification information;
• Contact information;
• Professional information; and
• Information from previous recruitment sessions.

We may disclose your Personal Data to relevant personnel appointed for a certain job listing, HR managers, and other affiliates of the KPI group of companies if you have opted in to be visible for other jobs.In the event of a sale or transfer of our business, your Personal Data related to recruitment may be transferred to the third party, subject to applicable legal requirements.

If you are not hired, we will retain your Personal Data for 2 years from the date of collection. If you are hired, we will retain your Personal Data for the duration of your employment contract.

KPI collects and processes your Personal Data for measuring the audience of our Website, optimizing it, and analyzing its use.The collection and processing of Personal Data are based on our legitimate interest in the functional management of our commercial activity, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller referred to in Article 6 ¡1 f) of the GDPR.

KPI may disclose your Personal Data to personnel within the KPI Group and subcontractors in charge of managing the Website.
